Holly F. Verde
Holly practices a mixture of general litigation and family law. Her litigation experience includes trials in federal and state courts. Holly's cases have ranged from wrongful death to civil rights violations under the state and federal civil rights laws and to the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. She has represented large and small employers including a university as well as individuals. She has prepared and argued appellate matters with the Michigan Courts of Appeals as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Holly devotes a substantial portion of her practice to family law cases which involves more than 23 years experience with divorces, custody, child support and parenting time as well as adoptions, guardianships and conservatorships.
